What you’ll do… Generate and distribute monthly project financial reports to relevant stakeholders, highlighting key insights for operational improvements. Update and circulate weekly budget tracking reports, identifying deviations or overruns and initiating follow-up actions as needed. Maintain essential documentation such as Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), Rate Cards, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and compliance records. Support process management by coordinating with sales leaders, project managers, account owners, and senior leadership to ensure consistency. Oversee milestone and timeline-based invoicing with both internal and client stakeholders. Coordinate reconciliation processes for invoices against timesheets and communicate discrepancies to the Partner Manager and Finance Director. Contribute to the creation and publication of SOW documents across client and business operations and monitor approval status. Facilitate business operations and financial oversight by following up on Purchase Orders and identifying upcoming SOW renewals. You’ll do it using… Diligence with numbers and a strong understanding of financial reporting. Expertise in analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Accuracy in tracking actuals versus planned budgets. Ability to provide clear financial reports and budget outlines to management. Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
