About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Manager – National Talent to join Jumeirah Mina Al Salam. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure effective HR operations. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Promote a positive work environment and culture through employee engagement initiatives and activities. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Utilize HR data and metrics to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making. Demonstrate strong capability in workforce planning, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure optimal resource allocation and operational efficiency. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Diploma in Hotel Management, Human Resources Management (or international equivalent). 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within Human Resources Extensive experience in workforce planning, forecasting, and budgeting is essential Strong leadership and team management skills.
