Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage joinery and interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, production, and site teams.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Resolve project and site-related issues to minimize delays.
• Review shop drawings, material specifications, and project documentation.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide project status updates.
• Ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in joinery, interior fit-out, or furniture manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of joinery production, installation, and project execution.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• GCC/Middle East experience is preferred.
• Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
