Roles & Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual production targets.
• Maximize plant capacity utilization and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Maintain product quality in line with customer and industry standards.
• Reduce production costs through process optimization and resource efficiency.
• Minimize equipment downtime through effective maintenance planning.
• Improve yield while reducing raw material, energy, and consumable losses.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, targeting zero lost-time incidents.
• Deliver production schedules and customer orders on time.
• Develop high-performing teams through effective leadership, training, and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and operational excellence

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• 15-25 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production management, with a track record of success.
• Experience in managing large teams, demonstrating strong leadership and team-building skills.
