Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Contracts Manager with strong expertise in pre- and post-award contracts within large-scale Oil & Gas process plant construction projects, particularly from the subcontracts (CMEI) perspective.

� Key Responsibilities:

Pre-award: Review of contract clauses, commercial conditions during bidding/tendering stage

Post-award: Full lifecycle contract management including drafting letters, managing claims, change orders, and correspondence

Involvement in claims methodology, arbitration, and dispute resolution

Good understanding of CAR insurance, primary/secondary insurance coverage

Close coordination with project, legal, and procurement teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Desired Candidate Profile

� Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, or Construction Management

Additional certifications in Contract/Claims Management or Arbitration (preferred)

� Experience:

15+ years of relevant experience in contracts management within Oil & Gas EPC or process plant construction

Proven track record handling CMEI subcontracting packages

Strong background in both pre- and post-award contract phases
