The Freshwater Fisheries Society of BC (FFSBC) is private, non-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors.  The FFSBC delivers a wide range of fisheries management services and programs focused on fish culture, conservation, restoration, fisheries enhancement, public education, and the development and marketing of freshwater sport fishing in BC.  We are seeking an accomplished and innovative leader to join our management team as the Manager at the Nechako White Sturgeon Conservation Centre in Vanderhoof, BC.   This is a regular, full-time position. Reporting to the Vice President, Science, Operations & Outreach, the Manager, provides leadership, support and direction to ensure the Society meets its contractual obligations to the Province by meeting its conservation fish culture program goals. The position supports the Nechako White Sturgeon Recovery Initiative through provision of a conservation fish culture program, a range of related biological services as well a public outreach program.
