The Manager, Network Operations Center is responsible for leading the reliable and secure delivery of NRT’s IT infrastructure and operational services. This role is focused on driving consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and modernization of core systems—particularly within enterprise Windows Server environments, Microsoft SQL, and other supporting platforms. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the performance and availability of all critical infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of all IT infrastructure services, focusing on availability, security, and performance across Windows Server, Microsoft SQL, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core enterprise tools.
  • Oversee hybrid cloud environments, including Azure and public cloud workloads, ensuring integrated operations across on-premises and cloud systems.
  • Own and mature key ITIL-based operational processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
  • Manage the enterprise monitoring and alerting infrastructure using PRTG, Splunk, and other observability tools to ensure uptime and rapid issue detection.
  • Oversee ticket lifecycle, backlog management, and performance metrics via JIRA and integrated dashboards.
  • Ensure timely incident resolution and lead post-incident reviews, problem management, and service recovery plans.
  • Provide hands-on oversight for capacity planning, patching cycles, service monitoring, and infrastructure health reviews.
  • Build, lead, and grow a high-performing infrastructure operations team, including onshore, offshore, and vendor resources.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, resourcing forecasts, vendor contracts, and support SLAs.
  • Drive automation and efficiency improvements across infrastructure services and support workflows.
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical infrastructure incidents and service impacts.
  • Collaborate with security, development, and application support teams to support CI/CD environments and compliance initiatives.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Cloud teams to evolve the infrastructure roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare and present operational status reports to executive leadership, including health metrics, performance KPIs, and risk assessments.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline
  • Preferred: Master’s degree (MA/MS) or MBA
  • Minimum of 3 years of IT leadership experience managing enterprise infrastructure and operations teams
  • Deep hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft SQL Server in large-scale environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing hybrid environments, including Azure, with exposure to cloud governance and cost optimization
  • Expertise in enterprise monitoring and IT operations tooling, including PRTG, Splunk, and JIRA
  • Proven ownership of ITIL-aligned service operations processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration)
  • Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, and security architecture
  • Experience in high-availability, transactional, and regulated environments
  • Strong project execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and infrastructure automation tools preferred
  • Experience with payment processing infrastructure and compliance frameworks is a plus

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 20% travel may be required for data center operations, vendor management, or leadership alignment
