SUMMARY:
The Manager, Network Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. This role involves managing a team of network administrators, coordinating maintenance activities, troubleshooting network issues and resolving them, and implementing network upgrades and improvements.
The role of the Network Operations Manager is crucial for maintaining the stability and efficiency of Hollister’s network infrastructure. This position involves collaborating with other IT teams, the Business, vendors and partners in overseeing daily operations 24x7x365, ensuring that the network is available, and meeting the performance needs of the Business while maintaining and supporting the hardware, firmware, software of the equipment and making sure that the network is secure and resilient. This individual will have 3-6 direct reports.
Hollister Incorporated operates in a hybrid working environment. 4 days (Monday-Thursday) onsite in Libertyville, IL is required for this position.
