Position: Manager – New Product Industrialization Qualifications: B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) Experience: 5 – 8 yrs Location: Ahmednagar Key responsibilities: Assembly Engineering in New Product Development. End to end experience of Product development cycle preferably in Switchgear industry. Line Establishment of New Products, Yield Improvement, Problem Resolution online, Cost analysis and cost control of products. Support to Production lines for smooth production completion System compliance & documentation like SOP, SAP Activities, PL (Process Layout) , BOM (Bill of Material) etc Process and product analysis. DFA/PFMEA knowledge, MOST analysis Fixture Development Functional Competencies Technical competency in Industrialization of New Products.
