We are seeking a Manager, Global Procurement, who will report to the Director, Global Procurement, to work with BRP’s key senior management stakeholders and exert a decisive impact on the indirect purchasing process. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a complex and global business environment while overseeing the development of your team.

A bachelor’s degree in administration, commerce, engineering, or a related field.
Recognized interpersonal skills; team spirit and a partnership mentality, capable of acting both as a leader and individual contributor.
At least 8 to 10 years of experience in purchasing/strategic sourcing/category management for indirect categories within a product development and consumer engagement organization.
Effective communication to lead and manage both local and remote team members.
Bilingualism in both French and English is necessary, as the person in this role will represent BRP with suppliers internationally and will have daily interactions with internal departments across our global sites.
