NGI is seeking a manager to lead our newly established London office. We’re looking for someone with solid experience in Offshore Energy projects—ideally involving soil investigation, foundations design, geotechnical analysis, or verification of geotechnical structures. This is a unique opportunity to shape NGI’s presence in the UK and contribute to cutting-edge geotechnical solutions in the Offshore Energy sector.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • MEng/PhD in Geotechnical Engineering/Geoscience
  • Experience in establishing, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, through selling or delivering projects to the Offshore Energy sector
  • A minimum of 10 years in managing renewable energy projects, with a proven track record in overseeing large-scale wind initiatives
  • Local knowledge, expertise and network in the UK’s Offshore Energy Sector
  • Experience from a leadership roleExcellent communication skills

  • Establish and lead the daily operations of NGI’s London office, ensuring alignment with NGI’s strategy, values, and leadership principles
