Become an integral part of our Non-Financial Risk (NFR) team, which provides our clients in the German market with high-quality consulting services for managing their non-financial risks. As a manager in our NFR team, you will actively support the expansion of our consulting services and client acquisition. You will be responsible for the project activities you lead and, as a career coach, will also be responsible for employee development.

The following tasks are part of the position:

• Collaboration in demanding customer projects in the field of NFR at national and international levels.
• Project management according to our project management standards.
• Active participation in the further development of our consulting services and go-to-market activities.
• Continuous development and expansion of your banking and technical expertise as well as your professional network.
• Coordination and execution of market studies on current trending topics.
• Taking on personnel responsibility as a career coach for consultants.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, (Business) Mathematics, Natural Sciences or comparable fields of study, or you possess a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have already worked in a management consultancy or in the financial sector and gained experience with non-financial risk topics , such as internal control systems, business continuity management, data protection or critical infrastructure.
• Safe use of Microsoft Office 365.
• Initial experience in project management.
• Confident demeanor as well as strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Structured, independent work style, flexibility, willingness to perform and learn.
• Good communication skills, fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel.
