We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Home Care Business Development Manager (RN) to lead business growth and strategic partnerships in the Scarborough region.
The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse (RN) who combines clinical expertise with strong business acumen, communication, and networking skills. This role is focused on business generation, partnership development, and relationship management rather than direct clinical care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH

• Drive new client acquisition by establishing referral pipelines with hospitals, long-term care facilities, physicians, and retirement communities.
• Identify and secure new opportunities for home care and nursing services.
• Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and community forums.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to strategically position services.
