• Act as subject matter expert for Occupational Health and Safety, ensuring development, continuous improvement and implementation of OHS procedures, processes, and best practices
• Ensure and maintain compliance with applicable national, international and corporate health and safety regulations, and execute dedicated projects
• Undertake ship visits as required to follow up on accidents, near misses, investigations, and workplace risk assessments
• Execute review and proper management of accident reports received from the vessels; support in preparation of accident and incident statistics as requiredWork with the Occupational Health and Safety team to identify opportunities to improve safety culture and support the safety program as required
