Helping Hands Family (HHF) is seeking a highly motivated professional to serve as our Manager of Academic Growth and Partnerships, specifically related to growing our Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) team. This role is responsible for driving workforce expansion by promoting HHF as an employer of choice within academic and professional communities. This individual will lead external-facing initiatives to attract BCBA talent, activate alumni networks, as well as build strategic relationships with academic institutions and professional associations. The role is focused on business growth and talent acquisition versus training or mentorship and is ideal for someone who thrives in networking, event hosting, and brand promotion. Key Responsibilities: Outreach & Engagement Build and maintain direct relationships with school alumni networks, career services, and faculty contacts Host engaging events (virtual and in-person) that promote HHF’s mission, culture, and career opportunities Research and represent HHF at conferences, and professional networking events Manage the attendance of team members at conferences via conference calendars Ensure representatives from HHF that are BCBAs attend events and have materials Host HHF sponsored ABA events where BCBAs will be in attendance including on select college campuses and in areas where new market growth is critical Talent Referral Strategy Launch campaigns to encourage referrals of qualified BCBAs from alumni, faculty, and professional contacts Build and manage a growing HHF Alumni BCBA Network to foster long-term engagement and brand advocacy Track referral outcomes and optimize outreach strategies based on conversion data Market Expansion Support Identify and prioritize academic institutions and regions with high BCBA talent potential Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Growth teams to align outreach with hiring goals in key markets Provide insights into market trends, candidate interests, and competitive positioning Brand Promotion Serve as a visible and enthusiastic advocate for HHF’s values, culture, and career pathways Partner with Marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to academic audiences Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all outreach efforts Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in outreach, recruitment, behavioral health, or related field Strong public speaking, networking, and relationship-building skills Ability to travel regionally to events and university sites Ability to use KPIs to measure impact and results 5+ years in one of the following: University relations / campus recruiting Community outreach, events, or program management Alumni relations or higher ed partnerships Employer branding or recruitment marketing Professional association or conference management Familiarity with ABA services and BCBA credentialing preferred About Helping Hands Family Helping Hands Family (HHF) provides personalized, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism, helping them thrive through compassionate, child-led care.
