We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager of Administration and Accounting to join our team. This pivotal role supports financial reporting, office administration and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, payroll and administration and will thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines, a high level of accountability, confidentiality and attention to detail.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager of Administration and Accounting plays a key role and is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting and office administration to ensure organizational efficiency and sustainability. This role manages accounting functions, supports payroll and ensures compliance with company policies building collaboration and respect throughout the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least five (5) years of managing office administration, AP/AR/accounting, and Payroll experience.
  • Experience using accounting/payroll software such as Ceridian Dayforce Powerpay and Winteam.
  • Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Applications (Word, Excel, MS Teams, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
