We are seeking an experienced Manager of Administration to join our Shared Services team based in New York City office. This role begins with an initial onsite requirement and transitions to a hybrid work schedule.

SUMMARY:

The Manager of Administration is responsible for leading and overseeing the administrative operations of the firm to ensure smooth day-to-day functionality and support across departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative leadership role, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage priorities, office operations, and vendor coordination.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive matters.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all Professional Assistants and Executive Assistant, including approval of overtime and monitoring of work hours and productivity.
  • Maintain oversight of all Shared Services and Billing “bins” to support firmwide operational efficiency, coordinating with appropriate teams to ensure requests and tasks are actioned, closed, or escalated as needed.
  • Serve as backup support for Tax Processors and the NYC Office Manager as needed.
  • Oversee the administration of Skedda (space reservation site), ensuring meeting rooms and office hoteling spaces are accurately set up and available for staff.
