Position: Manager of Advanced Education Initiatives
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
SunMETA Group is seeking a dynamic Manager of Advanced Education Initiatives to lead the strategic development and implementation of advanced education initiatives across our organization. This leadership role involves close collaboration with the Ministry of Advanced Education, third-party regulators, and key stakeholders to ensure our programs align with industry standards and support organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Education: A Masters degree (or Doctorate) in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field is required
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing regulatory frameworks and engaging directly with private and public stakeholders
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities to inspire and motivate teams.
• Industry Alignment: Proven experience in building partnerships with industry leaders to ensure curriculum relevance.
• Collaborative Approach: Ability to work effectively with faculty, students, and external stakeholders.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of educational trends, curriculum development, and emerging technologies in education.
• Passion for Education: A commitment to fostering a positive, innovative learning environment.

• Partnership Building: Cultivate relationships with industry leaders to align curricula with workforce needs and emerging trends
