The Manager of Associate Wealth Managers and Wealth Management Assistants leads and supports a high-impact service team, strengthens collaboration, and ensures clients receive exceptional, consistent care. This role is central to Annex’s commitment to delivering high-quality, fee-only fiduciary service; bringing together people, processes, and culture to elevate the client experience. What You’ll Do Leadership and Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of Associate Wealth Managers, ensuring they have the resources, training and experience to progress into future Wealth Management roles. Leads and assists in the development of training resources for the department. Client Service Excellence: Ensure that Associate Wealth Managers deliver exceptional client service, adhering to the firm's fiduciary standards and best practices. Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate Associate Wealth Manager performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the wealth service team. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all Associate Wealth Managers adhere to regulatory requirements and the firm's compliance policies and procedures. Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices among wealth managers. Client Relationship Management: Oversee the management of client relationships, ensuring that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the firm's strategic initiatives and business plans. Requirements What You’ll Need to Succeed Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. Advanced designations such as CFP, CFA, or MBA are preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles, with a passion for helping educate and empower a team. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of financial service professionals. Demonstrated commitment to developing leadership skills. Client-Centric Approach: Strong commitment to client service excellence and fiduciary responsibility. Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in client relationship management and service delivery. Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, wealth managers, and internal partners. Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology platforms.
