For the New York Office of National Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the Director of Attorney Recruitment and hiring partners on attorney hiring strategy and planning;
  • Oversee entry-level recruiting efforts, including law school outreach, on-campus interviews, and summer associate hiring;
  • Manage all aspects of lateral attorney hiring, including outreach, scheduling, offers, onboarding, and integration;
  • Supervise and mentor a team of recruiting coordinators and assistants;
  • Maintain recruiting data, track hiring statistics, and support budget preparation;
  • Serve as the point of contact for candidates, search firms, and law schools, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Qualifications include:

  • 6+ years of attorney recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm;
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively in a friendly, team-oriented environment;
  • Professional, team-oriented approach with sound judgment and discretion.

Salary: $150k-$155
