ABOUT US:

We are a family-run, premier furniture retailer with 9 stores across Scotland’s central belt. Our company was founded 14 years ago, and we specialise in selling high-end, luxury furniture, garden furniture, and home accessories. We are expanding and are looking for a Senior Manager to join us as Head of Beds at our new Sleepcentre.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Sales and bedding industry.
• Proven track record of effective team management and leadership.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in market analysis and range planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Set standards for the team and liaise closely with directors
• Drive sales and maximise profitability through effective leadership/setting targets
• Maintain high levels of commercial standards in-store, e.g. merchandising and all visual presentation
• Maintain high levels of operational standards in-store, e.g. taking responsibility for training, stock control and customer services and health and safety
• Create positive working environment for teams
• Staff Product Training - Equip our sales team with in-depth product knowledge and sales techniques specific to our bedding range.
