KNOWLEDGE AND CRITICAL SKILLS

• Be able to make independent decisions and follow instructions.

• Knowledge/proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of experience managing business applications or ERP systems, ideally in a mid-market organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, application architecture, and vendor management.
• Strong working knowledge of key business processes (finance, HR, operations, property management, healthcare systems).
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a small IT team, wearing multiple hats.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interface effectively with executive leadership and operational staff alike.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, real estate, or hospitality sectors.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Net Suite, Yardi, or other similar relevant mid-market business platforms.
• Working knowledge of integration tools, APIs, and low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform).

THIS ROLE REPORTS TO THE CIO, IS FULL-TIME, BASED AT THE HOME OFFICE LOCATED IN CHASKA, MN WITH POTENTIAL OF HYBRID FLEXIBILITY AFTER A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS IN OFFICE.

Wage: $110-$130K annual salary, based on experience
