Now, as they expand their presence in the Vancouver market, they are seeking a high-performing Manager, Business Development, to help drive this exciting growth phase.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE: STRATEGIC GROWTH CHAMPION

As Manager, Business Development, you will be at the forefront of expanding market share, nurturing high-value relationships, and building new business pipelines. You’ll be expected to bring both strategic insight and hands-on hustle to generate demand, respond to bids, and shape solutions that resonate with clients.
You’ll work closely with leadership and operations teams to translate opportunity into action—and business into long-term client success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead business development efforts in Greater Vancouver, identifying and securing new contracts in commercial janitorial services.
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring consistent delivery and high satisfaction.
  • Develop market-specific strategies based on data, trends, and competitor intelligence.
  • Respond to public and private RFPs, craft customized proposals, and manage bid follow-ups.
  • Lead contract negotiations and onboarding processes for new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless transitions from sale to service.
  • Mentor junior sales team members, sharing knowledge and fostering performance.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activity, performance metrics, and market dynamics.
  • Champion a positive, high-performance culture within the business development team.
