SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Your team will consist of (at least) 1 direct report to support Sales & Operations business objectives

Responsibilities:

• Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities and effectively communicate goals and objectives
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented, project management skills and effectively working with cross-functional teams
• Participate in regular regional meetings to better understand impacts of field focuses and strategies on financial results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, equipped to lead a team of highly motivated analysts and to partner with executives within the broader Sales team
• Create and maintain standardized operating procedures for budgeting and pricing strategies, with a focus on process improvement and strengthening data integrity
• Contribute to team performance, creating a winning culture with a focus on development to meet performance and development goal
