QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven hospital experience in office management or a similar healthcare administrative role is essential.
  • Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in schedule management and clerical tasks.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and clients.
  • Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, payroll, bookkeeping, event planning, and vendor management is highly desirable.
  • Ability to train staff on best practices in office procedures and customer service excellence.
