BASIC FUNCTION: SUMMARIZE POSITION’S PURPOSE

The Manager of Community Reintegration, under the supervision of the Vice President of Independent Living, is responsible for shaping, implementing and evaluating some of Access Living’s long term care services including, but not limited to, helping disabled people access SSI and SSDI benefits, find housing and transition from nursing homes, personal Assistant trainings and referrals.
