They will support the COO in leading the compliance program, ensuring that the organization operates within the various State, Federal and other applicable regulatory frameworks. This role involves developing compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance to ensure adherence to laws and standards. This role is critical for safeguarding the organization’s integrity and reputation, ensuring that all operations comply with necessary standards and regulations.   Responsibilities:   * Policy Development: Create, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures. * Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks; conduct regular audits and assessments. * Training and Education: Develop and deliver compliance training programs for the workforce. * Monitoring and Reporting: Support compliance monitoring activities; prepare reports for internal leadership and external parties. * Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for all external compliance communications; collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance. * Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards; update policies and practices accordingly. * Investigations: Support investigations into compliance violations and implement corrective actions as necessary.   Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. * 4-6 years proven experience in compliance, risk assessment, or related fields. * Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset. * High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices. * Commitment to the mission and values of NourishedRx.
