Description

The Manager of Data Analytics oversees the collection, processing, and interpretation of large datasets to drive strategic decision-making. This role involves managing a team of analysts, developing data-driven strategies, and ensuring data integrity across multiple systems. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with leadership skills to foster a data-centric culture within the organization Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and mentor a team of data analysts. * Allocate resources and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. * Develop and implement data analytics strategies aligned with business objectives. * Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal standards. * Oversee data collection, cleaning, and validation processes. * Use statistical tools and advanced analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights. * Prepare and present reports to senior management. * Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, operations, and IT teams. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. * Maintain and optimize data systems and databases. * Implement modern analytics techniques, including machine learning and predictive modeling. * Develop training programs for junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis. * All other duties assigned Required Skills and Attributes: * Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, and big data technologies. * Knowledge of business operations, KPIs, and financial metrics. * Certifications such as PMP, AWS, or BI-related credentials are a plus Qualifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field is a plus. * 5+ years of experience in data analytics is preferred. * Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). * Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud platforms. * Excellent communication and project management skills Physical Requirements: * This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting 25+ lbs, computer work and other physical activities.
