Our modular equipment is sold primarily to rental companies and supports a diverse range of applications, including data center testing & commissioning, boiler tie-ins & fluid heating, chiller testing & commissioning, industrial heating & cooling, ground thaw, concrete curing & emergency heat.
Position Overview: As the New Product Development Manager, you will work on site in St. Brieux, SK and play a pivotal role in driving the research and development activities for our hydronic heating and cooling solutions. Leveraging your engineering expertise and industry knowledge, you will lead our R&D team to create and introduce new products that set industry benchmarks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, specifically within the HVAC sector, and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering innovative projects.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, with a focus on hydronic heating solutions or related HVAC technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• In-depth knowledge of hydronic heating systems, HVAC technologies, and related engineering principles.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
