QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience providing high-level executive support in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
  • Post-secondary education in Business or Legal Administration (or equivalent experience).
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe Pro.
  • Experience with AI tools, digital scheduling systems, and data dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) is an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Professional maturity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,00

Responsibilities
  • Anticipate the needs of the President and COO, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and communications with speed, accuracy, and foresight.
  • Monitor inboxes and ensure timely follow-up on critical messages.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of leadership.
  • Organize and support ELT, SLT, Board, and Foundation meetings, including agendas, minutes, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate key leadership and charitable events with professionalism and precision.
  • Act as a trusted liaison for executives, building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Maintain confidentiality while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
