Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented company Operation Manager to oversee our company’s accounting, administrative, IT coordination, and operational support functions. The successful candidate will work closely with management and various departments to ensure smooth business operations and compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties

  • Manage full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Handle month-end closing, prepare Profit & Loss statements, and ensure timely GST submission.
  • Liaise with IRAS on tax queries.
  • Process payroll, CPF, SDL, and staff claims.Support audit preparation and statutory reporting requirements.

Administration Department

  • Oversee general office administration and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM/ICA regulations.Handle work pass applications, prepare letters, maintain filing systems, and manage staff leave records.

IT Coordination

  • Liaise with IT vendors and internal teams to support service and installation planning.Monitor IT related scheduling with clients.

Operations Department

  • Plan and manage daily/weekly calibration and service job schedules.
  • Coordinate with customers for service arrangements and follow-up actions.
  • Oversee internal coordination and rescheduling for urgent operational issues.
  • Track contract renewals, review service scopes, and send client reminders.Coordinate with service teams for scheduling.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 4–7 years of relevant experience in operations, accounting, or administration, preferably in finance related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting, payroll, CPF, GST, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask across accounting, admin, IT coordination, and operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: Woodlands North area
Work Week: 5 days, Monday to Frida
