We’re passionate about designing inspiring, on-trend furniture that brings customers’ home décor dreams to life. We are seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting to lead consolidated reporting, strengthen financial processes, and ensure technical accounting excellence across the organization. This role will play a key part in supporting executive leadership with accurate, timely financial information while helping scale the finance function as the company continues its rapid growth. Role Overview The Manager of Financial Reporting owns the preparation and integrity of consolidated financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP. This role partners cross-functionally with Finance leadership and other departments to improve reporting accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements that support a high-growth, multi-channel business. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented finance leader who can translate complex financial information into insights that support business decisions. Responsibilities · Lead preparation of consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules in compliance with U.S. GAAP · Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness · Strengthen and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting · Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reporting quality · Support and advance Finance AI and automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and increase productivity · Develop financial models to support scenario planning, strategic initiatives, and operational decision-making · Prepare executive-ready financial analyses and presentations · Serve as a technical accounting resource for the finance team and leadership · Partner cross-functionally to improve financial reporting processes and data accuracy What Success Looks Like · Accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting · Strengthened internal controls and improved reporting processes · Increased automation and efficiency within the finance function · Clear financial insights that support executive decision-making · Scalable reporting infrastructure that supports company growth Requirements · 10+ years of progressive corporate accounting and financial reporting experience · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field · Master’s degree preferred · Active CPA preferred · Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP · Demonstrated success improving processes and strengthening internal controls · Strong analytical, written, presentation, and communication skills · Ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights for leadership Preferred · Experience in high-growth, multi-channel businesses · Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic financial insights · Experience implementing automation or technology within finance processes Core Competencies · Technical accounting expertise · Financial reporting and analysis · Strategic thinking · Process improvement and automation · Cross-functional collaboration · Business acumen Benefits • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Life insurance • Vision insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance
