cPort Credit Union is currently accepting applications for a Manager of Financial Solutions. This role will focus on identifying and implementing solutions that elevate resources our employees can leverage to provide the best experience for the members we serve. This position will report to the AVP of Financial Solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s degree or relatable experience in banking operations, core system management, Jack Henry Symitar, or process improvement within a financial institution.
• Ability to analyze processes and recommend practical, technology-driven solutions.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills
• Comfortable working across multiple departments and with external vendors.
• A positive mindset with a strong drive for efficiency, innovation, and excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products

• Analyze end-to-end processes within all lines of business, with a focus on Deposit and Branch Operations, to identify inefficiencies, manual workarounds, or inconsistent use of the core banking system.
• Collect feedback through branch visits regarding system usage, obstacles, and unmet needs and analyze for possible solutions.
• Evaluate existing workflows and system configurations to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, or optimization within the Symitar core banking system.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to scope, test, and implement enhancements or new functionality.
• Stay current on core platform updates by reviewing system release notes.
• Study consumer needs and new banking trends and research solutions that could inspire member growth.
