As a Manager of Financial Systems, you will play a key role in driving future financial operations, including leading and managing the modernization of our financial systems and associated business processes. This role will collaborate across the company to understand end-user experience, champion change management efforts, and ensure effective communication, training and rollout initiatives are executed, and sustained.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Information Technology, or a related field/equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance modernization, consulting, corporate finance, or related roles
  • Experience in process and digital transformation driven initiatives
  • Ability to influence, advise, make recommendations across business areas, and impact business decisions
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner to different levels of management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of SAP financial systems (including S/4 Hana and SAC)
  • Deep understanding of financial processes with proven experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
