Hickman Automotive Group is looking for a part-time Manager of First Impressions to join our team at Hickman Chrysler in St. John’s. If you are an energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude, a dedication to providing exceptional customer service, and a desire to succeed, we would love to have you.
SUMMARY
The Manager of First Impressions is the first point of contact for customers at the dealership. This key position is responsible for answering phones, greeting customers, and other administrative functions as assigned. The Manager of First Impressions will be passionate about creating a professional relationship with the customer with the objective to create Brand and dealership loyalty.
The Manager of First Impressions is excellent at multi-tasking and is able to answer phones promptly and then return to prior task once the call is complete. Their strongest capabilities include being organized and reliable while continuously working to create a welcoming environment for customers. The Manager of First Impressions must be a team player to ensure the proper employees are notified when a customer enters the dealership.
Administrative procedures are always followed appropriately by the Manager of First Impressions. Professional attire and grooming is required at all times.
As a dealership can be a high-pressure environment, the Manager of First Impressions is able to work under pressure and keep a calm and positive body language to reassure customers.
