Location: Miami, FL
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000/yr
We are seeking a Manager of Furniture Product Development that will ensure the successful execution of the product development process, delivering exquisite furniture rental products on time while meeting design, quality, and value goals. The Manager of Furniture Product Development oversees the entire product lifecycle up to order placement and ongoing product performance. This role involves leading communication with vendors and overseas sources, driving adherence to timelines, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

What You’ll Do:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-6 years Product Development and management experience, furniture/home goods preferred
• 4+ years of college education. Furniture design, merchandising, interior design preferred
• Strong understanding of product budgeting, product performance requirements, materials, and production processes
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with a service-oriented approach
• Independent, self-motivated, and capable of acting as an owner in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Skilled communicator with experience in resolving complex issues through communication with both domestic and international partners
