  • They are establishing robust master data governance with a uniform data model, binding reporting workflows, and data quality managers in all regions.
  • They are building our People Analytics: automated monthly HR reporting, a consistent KPI landscape, and self-service dashboards that enable management and executives to have real control.
  • Together with Finance/Controlling, you create the data basis for personnel cost planning and workforce planning, as well as the foundations for future requirements such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
  • They are digitizing our HR processes step by step - from self-services and workflow automation to digital personnel files and HR ticketing for employee requests.
  • They manage external implementation partners and system providers and work closely with key interfaces such as corporate IT, purchasing and data protection.
  • Your profileYou have successfully completed your studies in the field of business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering or business administration with a focus on human resources or IT, or you have a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of professional experience in HR IT or HRIS responsibility and ideally have been responsible for an HCM implementation (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) as Product Owner or Project Manager.
