For the Software Development & Platforms division, we are looking for a Manager of IT – Generative AI & Automation Platform (x|f|m) for Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. Are you passionate about innovative AI projects and eager to lead a dedicated team in a dynamic environment? In this key position, you will drive the development of intelligent solutions and actively contribute to Sartorius’ digital transformation. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model, combining remote work on selected days with on-site presence at our campus in Göttingen.

- Lead a team of skilled professionals focused on building AI and automation solutions
- Drive the evolution of our low-code platform powered by UiPath and Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and act as a mentor to your team members
- Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into innovative solutions
- Contribute significantly to enhancing our AI and automation capabilities
What will convince us
- A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience managing AI and automation teams, ideally with expertise in low-code platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Strong knowledge of generative AI and Azure-based services
- Proven ability to lead diverse AI projects
- Hands-on experience with robotic process automation (RPA), preferably using UiPath
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics
- Analytical thinking and strong team leadership skills
- Fluency in English and German is required
