Salary: $95,000 - 105,000 annually + MyShare Equity Program The Manager of Operational Standards & Process Excellence is responsible for designing, implementing, enforcing, and continuously improving operational standards across the warehouse network. This role owns the development of SOPs, network-wide process governance, and execution consistency to ensure every facility operates under the same disciplined framework. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Transformation, this leader drives standardization across staging, QC, warehouse health reporting, exception management, and core execution processes. This position ensures operational processes are not only documented, but embedded, audited, and sustained. This role serves as the authority on operational standards and partners closely with Warehouse Operations, Retail Consolidation, OP, HR, and IT to eliminate variability and elevate performance across the network. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Own and maintain all warehouse operational SOPs and process standards. * Develop and enforce network-wide standards for: Staging lane philosophy (segregation standards, naming conventions, sizing) QC processes. * Establish governance structure for process compliance and accountability. * Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to standards. * Identify and eliminate process variability across facilities. * Lead process mapping, redesign, and optimization initiatives. * Perform root cause analysis on systemic operational issues. * Evaluate process effectiveness and adjust standards based on measurable results. * Partner with Warehouse Analysts and Project Coordinators to implement new processes. * Support SWAT deployments by diagnosing process breakdowns and implementing corrective frameworks. * Ensure new initiatives are operationalized with clear documentation, training, and accountability measures. Education and Experience * Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field required * SQL knowledge is a plus * Experience with Visio is preferred. * Knowledge of software development life cycle is a plus. * Experience in Warehousing or Logistics is preferred. * Experience with Synapse or similar WMS software is preferred. Work Environment: * While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles.
