Lauderdale facilities and manage tasks with the Facilities and Event Set Up Coordinator * Help develop volunteer teams for Facilities and Events  * Teach classes, devotions, and sermons in various settings  * Develop relationships and build trust with those in the local community as it pertains to offsite parking, use of the Boca Raton facility and interaction with The Grill * Be willing to counsel, pray and be an example to the body at Calvary Chapel Boca Raton    You have: * In depth understanding of God’s Word * A vision and desire to incorporate discipleship all aspects of the Church * A commitment to fulfill the Great Commission and make disciples of all nations  * Excellent interpersonal skills for relating effectively with staff members, leadership, church body * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task work projects * Ability to work and travel in a cross-cultural environment  * Ability to mobilize, encourage and lead teams for ministry outreaches  * Experience working with people of every age and culture * The ability to manage projects, organize, prioritize, and multi-task    What you are required to know: * You may have to bend, sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, lift, pull, push and/or move up to 45 lbs. * This is a full-time (40+ hours/week) salary exempt position * You may have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events or emergencies As an employee of and an associate minister of the Gospel, Calvary Chapel expects all employees to: * Participate and lead regular times of prayer, devotion and worship as a regular aspect of your role on staff * Teach from the Bible in the appropriate environments inclusive of staff meetings, conferences, camps and/or outreach events    It would be incredible if: * You love coffee * You are a sports fanatic  * You have a great sense of humor  Work Schedule: Staff culture is important to what we do.
