As Manager of Operations Excellence, you will own the operating system for how our warehouses, fulfillment centers, and logistics operations perform. Your work will directly impact: Safety performance across every site Customer service levels and contract profitability Labor productivity and operational scalability Technology adoption and standardization Leadership adaptability at the frontline and management level You will work closely with senior operations and technology leadership to turn strategy into repeatable, disciplined execution across the enterprise.
