OPERATIONS MANAGER – PRODUCTION & LOGISTICS DIVISION

Location: On-site – Langley, B.C.

At Ralph’s, we’ve been proudly delivering premium Okanagan fruit since 1982. With continued growth in our fresh produce, juice, and delivery operations, we’re seeking a hands-on, solution-driven Operations Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of our day-to-day business. This is a dynamic leadership role covering production, dispatch, team supervision, supplier/customer relationships, and juice business development.
You’ll work directly with our owners and leadership team to ensure our warehouse runs efficiently, our staff are supported, and our products meet Ralph’s long-standing quality standards. Whether overseeing fruit packing, managing logistics, or working with partners and staff, you’ll play a key role in strengthening and growing our business.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years in food production, produce packing, logistics, or warehouse operations
· Proven management and supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
· Produce and agriculture experience
· Strong forklift skills and warehouse safety knowledge
· Experience working with suppliers and wholesale/retail customers
· In-depth knowledge of produce handling, food safety, and production lines
· Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
· Strong problem-solver who can identify inefficiencies and create lasting solutions
· Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
· Works well under pressure and leads by example in challenging situations
· Food safety knowledge - GAP
