POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Manager of Partnerships to support one of our major U.S.-based clients. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our client and internal teams, ensuring seamless logistics operations across the Canada–U.S. border.
The successful candidate will bring expertise in cross-border transportation, including knowledge of regulatory requirements and customs procedures. You will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, driving strategic growth, and ensuring top-quality service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–3 years of sales experience in transportation or logistics
  • Proven ability to sell LTL and FTL services, with cross-border expertise
  • Familiarity with NMFC (National Motor Freight Classification) systems preferred
  • Understanding of pricing models, including class and discount structures
  • Strong organizational and independent work skills
