BWC’s core hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, however, daily start/end times may vary based on operational need across BWC departments. Most positions perform work on-site at one of BWC’s seven offices across the state. BWC offers flex-time work schedules that allow an employee to start the day as early as 7:00am or as late as 8:30am. Flex-time schedules are based on operational need and require supervisor approval. What You’ll Be Doing: Designs, implements, and maintains performance‑measurement systems, collaborating with internal divisions to support benchmarking, data integrity, and continuous improvement efforts. Assist Investment Accounting department as required. Serves as a data and reporting resource by leveraging Data Warehouse tools to produce accurate financial and operational analyses, including ad‑hoc studies and employer true‑up impact assessments. Oversees review of Managed Care Organization SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports, supports related training, and contributes to audit, Board, and committee reporting requirements. Provides operational support to financial leadership by assisting with special projects, monthly and annual reporting, audit activities, SharePoint site administration, procurement processes, and interview participation. 54 mos. exp. or 54 mos. trg. financial administration. -Or completion of undergraduate core program in public or business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in financial administration. -Or completion of graduate core program in public or business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 18 mos. exp. or 18 mos. trg. in financial administration. -Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above. NOTE: Successful completion of the Fiscal Academy may be substituted for 4 mos. of required accounting/fiscal experience referenced in this portion of the minimum qualifications.
