About Us We are launching a state-of-the-art indoor pickleball/badminton facility with 14 climate-controlled pickleball courts and 11 badminton courts in Uptown/Southend of Charlotte. Our mission is to create the city’s premier racquet-sport destination for players of all levels.
Role Overview The Manager of Pickleball will be the driving force behind all pickleball programming, leagues, tournaments, and player development. This role combines leadership, coaching oversight, and member engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• PPR or IPTPA pickleball teaching certification preferred
• Experience in racquet-sport programming (pickleball, tennis, or squash)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset

• Develop and oversee leagues, clinics, tournaments, and instructional programs
• Recruit, train, and manage pickleball teaching staff and referees
• Build relationships with members and foster a welcoming pickleball community
• Collaborate with Marketing Director on programming promotion
• Track KPIs (participation rates, member satisfaction, retention)
• Represent the facility at local and regional pickleball events
