Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive pricing and data analytics strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. Lead the pricing team and ensure efficient and accurate pricing processes. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify pricing opportunities and risks. Develop and maintain pricing models to optimize profitability and sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., merchandising, marketing, operations) to ensure pricing decisions are aligned with business goals. Monitor and analyze pricing performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of pricing systems and tools. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in pricing. Compensation: Pay range is $80,168.40 - $90,000 per year depending on experience Bonus eligible position $0 - $15,000 depending on performance Benefits & Perks: Amazing earning potential, you'll be paid bi-weekly. Requirements Candidates must be 18+ years or older Pre-employment background check Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing or a related field. Minimum of at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL). Experience in the grocery industry is preferred.
