Wagner is seeking a Manager of Project Management to lead our project management team and oversee the successful execution of complex architectural and miscellaneous metals projects—from contract award through final closeout. This is a key leadership role where you’ll shape how projects are delivered, mentor a team of Project Managers, and partner across engineering, fabrication, and field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and on budget. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers Oversee multiple projects from kickoff through closeout Establish and enforce project management processes and best practices Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders Resolve complex project challenges related to scope, schedule, cost, and quality Ensure coordination across estimating, detailing, shop, and field teams Monitor project performance, forecasts, and margins Drive continuous improvement across project execution and team performance What We’re Looking For 8+ years of project management experience in construction, steel, or metals fabrication 3+ years in a leadership or management role Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project delivery Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Why Wagner?
