JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a QA Manager to lead and grow a high-impact team responsible for ensuring the quality of Strider’s software platform. In this role, you’ll drive both manual and automated test strategies, oversee regression testing, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ensure seamless, high-quality releases. You’ll set best practices, establish test environments, and champion quality across the development lifecycle—bringing a strong sense of ownership, technical depth, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers
  • Develop and maintain manual and automated test strategies with a focus on Playwright
  • Oversee regression testing and ensure thorough test coverage across features
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to define test plans and ensure release readiness
  • Track and report QA metrics to ensure continuous improvement
  • Define and maintain best practices for bug reporting, triage, and resolution
