Responsibilities

Reporting to the Vice President, Property Technology Services, this role will be an internal shared service role, working closely with multidisciplinary teams including Safety and Security, Design and Construction, Capital Planning, Residential, and Hotel Operations to oversee complex vendor integrations ensuring outcomes align with corporate goals and business requirements for improving the Security Operations Technology ecosystem and standards.

  • Working with Area Directors of Hotel Technology this person is a relationship manager with strong communication skills and the ability to innovate, influence and lead Hotel management and Hotel Owners through complicated IT projects, planning and decisions.
  • Ensuring alignment and synergies between Hotel and Residential Operations.
  • Challenged to find practical and achievable solutions to complex problems and align them with security industry technologies and operations as applicable.
  • Orchestrate Corporate IT activities related to hotels and residences in the areas of safety and security technology.
  • Works with the Director, VP and other peers to determine the overall strategic direction and business contribution of the various Security, Access Control, Engineering, Digital and Residential Systems
