POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Lead with a strong safety-first mindset and promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Oversee construction services and take action to ensure quality and performance
  • Apply proven processes to boost productivity and operational efficiency
  • Recommend new methods and tools to improve how work gets done
  • Ensure timely completion and documentation of all wayside construction projects
  • Work closely with regulatory bodies to meet compliance standards
  • Manage project budgets and ensure work stays within financial targets
  • Mentor and support team members to grow their skills and performance

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or general equivalency
  • Valid drivers license
  • Proficient knowledge of Signals and Communications (S&C) equipment and principles
  • Knowledgeable on S&C standards and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Previous leadership and managerial experience
